乙川ともこ（Tomoko Otogawa）

おとがわともこ。シンガーソングライター。新潟県新潟市出身。亀田製菓本社のある旧亀田町で育つ。幼少期から音楽教室やピアノ教室に通い、高校時代からシンガーになりたいという気持ちが芽生え、大学では軽音サークルに参加しながらオリジナル楽曲を作り始める。その後上京し、2009年からOtto（オットー）名義で活動を開始。ライブハウス「下北沢 LOFT」を拠点にし、ピアノの弾き語りを中心にライブ活動を続ける。2019年、シンガーソングライターの青木慶則（ex.HARCO)と出会い、同氏のツアーにコーラスやゲストボーカルとして参加。2020年2月に名義を本名に変え、青木氏のプロデュースにより、2021年1月にファーストアルバム「元気で過ごしてますか？」をリリース。乙川本人による楽曲のほか、青木氏による書き下ろしや、ふたりの共作も含まれ、どの曲も名曲と呼ぶにふさわしい充実した内容となっている。親しみやすい人柄と耳に残りやすい楽曲で多くのファンに愛されており、今後の活躍も楽しみである。

Tomoko Otogawa

Singer-songwriter. Born in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. Raised in the former Kameda-cho, where the Kameda Seika headquarters is located. From an early age, She attended music and piano classes, and from high school she began to want to become a singer. At university, she started making original songs while participating in a light music circle. After that, she moved to Tokyo and started activities under the name of Otto in 2009. Based in the live house "Shimokitazawa LOFT", she continues her live activities centered on playing the piano. In 2019, she met singer-songwriter Yoshinori Aoki (ex.HARCO) and participated in his tour as a chorus and guest vocalist. In February 2020, she changed the name to her real name and released her first album "How are you doing?" in January 2021 produced by Aoki. In addition to the songs by Otogawa herself, the songs are newly written by Yoshinori Aoki and co-written by the two, and each song has a fulfilling content suitable for being called a masterpiece. She is loved by many fans for her friendly personality and memorable songs, and we look forward to her future activities.
